Robert Anson worked as an Architect in Perth from 1987-2018. He designed many public buildings as an employee 1987-2002 and self-employed 2002-2018 including designing an affordable housing project in Dunsborough. His architectural practice was founded on the belief,

‘the quality of design in the built environment directly affects the quality of people’s lives’.
Rob’s diagnosis of Young Onset Dementia in 2018 led to his relocation to Dunsborough. In 2019 he began art classes with Pamela Brittain. His painting style is abstract with bold use of dense colour and has the same quality as was infused in his architectural practice.
