Paul completed his electrical apprenticeship at Coca Cola and went on to work as a commercial and industrial electrician. He also worked in solar, on remote area power supply and as a service technician. Before his diagnosis, solving problems was one of his strengths.
Paul loved travelling and adventures. His BMW motorbike adventures took him across the Nullarbor a couple of times. He also loved camping and bush walking.
Paul was diagnosed with Young Onset Dementia, Alzheimer's disease. His diagnosis brought him and his wife, Roslyn, back to Perth, where they live with their dog, Kenny.
Paul loves photography. He is drawn to trees and the shapes they make, and he photographs them often.
